1. Payment Confirmation Required for Dispatch (Payment Ke Baad Hi Delivery)
At CCTV Shop India, all surveillance hardware, 4G SIM cameras, solar systems, and installation packages are processed strictly on a 100% Prepaid Basis.
2. Delivery to Customer’s Provided Address
Products will be delivered strictly to the exact shipping address, landmark, PIN code, and contact person details provided by the customer at the time of checkout.
Customer Responsibility
Please double-check your complete building name/number, street, area, nearest landmark, correct 6-digit PIN code, and working primary mobile number.
Address Errors & Re-Delivery
If a package returns to our central hub due to an incorrect address, wrong phone number, or non-availability of the recipient, re-dispatch shipping charges will apply.
3. CCTV Installation Service (2โ15 Days After Product Delivery)
If you have added and booked our On-Site Installation Service alongside your CCTV equipment, the process follows a strict two-stage schedule:
Step 1: Physical Delivery
CCTV hardware, DVR/NVR, wires, power supply, and accessories arrive first at your address via courier.
Step 2: Technician Allocation
Our support team verifies successful delivery and schedules a verified technician for your site location.
Step 3: On-Site Setup
The technician visits your site within 2 to 15 business days after product arrival to complete camera mounting, cabling, and mobile app configuration.

5. Package Handover & Unboxing Protocol
To ensure 100% protection against transit damage or missing items:
- Inspect the outer courier carton box before sharing your delivery OTP with the delivery executive.
- If the outer box is severely crushed, torn, or re-taped, make a note on the delivery sheet or refuse acceptance.
- Record a continuous unboxing video from the moment you open the sealed carton to showing all internal components and camera serial numbers.
- Report any transit discrepancies to our support desk within 24 hours of delivery.
