By accessing this website, registering an account, or placing an order for CCTV cameras, 4G SIM cameras, solar surveillance hardware, or accessories, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and our associated operational policies.
2. Orders, Catalog Information & Invoicing
Hardware Specifications
We provide accurate technical descriptions including sensor sizes, megapixels, IR ranges, and cellular network bands. Minor cosmetic packaging variations by manufacturers may occur without notice.
Pricing & Errors
Prices listed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel orders originating from genuine typographical pricing errors or system glitches prior to dispatch.
Order Verification: All orders are subject to security verification, stock availability, and destination PIN-code courier serviceability. An order is confirmed only once tracking information has been generated and dispatched.
3. Payments & Gateway Protocols
Payments must be completed through integrated, secure third-party payment gateways (supporting UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallet infrastructure).
- Zero Sensitive Data Storage: We do not store credit card CVVs, net banking passwords, or UPI PINs on our servers.
- Failed Transactions: In cases where money is debited from your account but the order is not confirmed, banks typically initiate an automatic reversal within 3тАУ5 working days.
4. Warranty & Manufacturer Service Guidelines

5. Shipping, Courier Handover & Inspection
Products are dispatched via trusted third-party courier services across India. Delivery estimates are indicative and subject to operational logistics factors.
- Delivery Verification: Inspect outer parcel seals prior to sharing the courier OTP. If the packaging appears visibly opened or tampered with, refuse delivery or capture photo/video evidence immediately.
- Unboxing Requirement: For claims regarding missing accessories or in-transit physical damage, unboxing video proof must be submitted to our support desk within 24 hours of delivery.
6. Legal Compliance & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or related to website usage, purchases, or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Panna District, Madhya Pradesh.
